Trafigura, Carter-f*cked. Good.

The Guardian has been un-injuncted from reporting on the Trafigura case.

There are some things that deserve outright, dripping, contempt – attempts by anyone to suppress reporting of Parliamentary proceedings is one of them. Up with that, we will not put.

I hope now our banana republic Defamation Law is coming back onto the blogosphere agenda more universally, bearing in mind the 150 comments on Dave Osler’s “Joanna Kashke” post. About time, too.

Put Defamation Law reform it in the General Elections Prospectuses, boys and girls…
