James Holden reports on another billboard from the British Transport Police:

This odious billboard appears in my town, encouraging me to rat on my neighbours because I don’t understand what they throw away.

And he has built an “add your own slogan” tool.

Here are four suggestions from the Matt-ropolitan Police.

“Real Terrorists are not Stupid” – agreed. Real terrorist took aviation course, flew an aircraft, and committed suicide by hitting the twin tower.
