My take on the problem of Labour Leadership is that it will remain unfixed until the top-down structures introduced to protect Tony Blair’s back are replaced by something more democratic.
I may not like the outcomes of the processes that will replace them, but that is what is needed.
It should not be about replacing Gordon, it should be about introducing a setup that will make it possible to replace Gordon’s replacement in an orderly way next time.
