I see a parallel between the people running the transport system not having to pay for travelling, and MPs having their “unauthorised under £25″ expenses system while we have the Inland Revenue saying things like “anything of £10 or more on your Bank Statements for the last x years that you cannot justify on a line by line basis will be treated as taxable income and you will be taxed on it”.
