The Wardman Wire

I’ve taken the opportunity to turn the UK site at mattwardman.co.uk into a mirror of the “magazine” front end. This will save me having to maintain 2 separate installations of Wordpress.

My plan - if I can make it happen (and there are still a couple of technical issues to sort out) is to make the UK site a slightly plainer presentation than mattwardman.com, by replacing the “slideshow” of featured articles with a static set of tabs.

In the secrecy of my office I refer to the “moving display” as Liberace, and the “sober version” as Luther.

I should say that at present it is still very much in trials, so please report any problems in the comments below.

Hopefully this will also let me keep the whole audience happy. Apparently constantly moving displays on blogs are a cause for blog-rage, and strong views have been expressed on this one - unfortunately in equal proportions.
