Guy Rogers Manhattan furniture for sale. Any takers?

I wasn’t sure where to advertise these, so I thought I would start with the Wardman Wire (being the gaffer has it’s privileges).

My parents are downsizing, and we have some Guy Rogers furniture for sale.

So, introducing the Matt Wardman small ads service…

Does anyone want any Guy Rogers Manhattan furniture?

Timber frame, decent condition, reclining armchairs, and settees - all made from Teak at the Guy Rogers Speke Factory in Liverpool in the 1960s. We are selling potentially up to 2 settees (which convert into real - flat and comfortable - double beds) and 5 armchairs - quality. They have all had the foam in their cushions replaced. We also have a footstall that may be available.

All have been recovered, but there is a sample of original fabric available.

Some may need recovering, a few may not. Sample photos are below.

We are roughly half way between Nottingham and Sheffield.

Price? I have not got the foggiest, but a similar item on Ebay currently has a starting price of £250 for 2 chairs in Wardman Wire turquoise. These ones from Ebay definitely need recovering in my opinion.

Who is Guy Rogers…I like the furniture you’re showing but know nothing of who this man is…or is it a company? Many thanks

Stephen

Do you have any armchairs remaining? Looking for a pair.

Many thanks
