Where do Christmas Nuts come from? Almond farming in Italy
If you are crazy enough to have been listening to the Radio at 5:45am (or thereabouts) on Christmas Day, the BBC’s Farming Today visited a British couple in Italy growing and selling almonds for Christmas.
It was a brilliant little 15 minute programme, which I have reposted below.
Unless I missed something badly, the design of the programme’s home page has been setup to make it impossible to access the blurb about programmes other than this morning’s.
The material is there. You can sometimes find it via the site search, just not from the page where you are most likely to want to start from. I think there’s an idiot in the mix somewhere - unless I’ve missed something and it is me.
