The USA / UK Extradition Treaty 2003: Unreliable Evidence (Radio 4)

Last week radio 4 hosted an extended conversation between eminent lawyers over the nature and impact of the 2003 Extradition Treaty.

The programme is 45 minutes.

Personally, I think this is a hugely important issue for the next election. Anyone who promises to cancel or modify this Treaty is likely to get my vote, regardless of party.
