December 16th- Mistletoe, Wine and Blogger’s Butt: Wardman Wire Advent Calendar

20071216-cartoon-advent-calendar-mistletoe-and-wine

My apologies for the Advent Calendar holiday yesterday - I was flat on my back with a hip problem, which means I was asleep until midday, and am only comfortable blogging in the mornings for the next few days.

It also means that the Britblog roundup is in fact being done at 10am this morning before I get (like Ruth Kelly) a problem with HIPs again. This could be a new illness called “Bloggers Butt”, but I only have a sample of one buttock to work from.

It also means that I heard my occasional Mark Tully 6am on Sunday programme, where he talked about two of the most ordinary and inspirational heroes in the world in the last 50 years: Irina Ratushinskaya and Helen Bamber. I will aim to post the audio later.
