This is a campaign by a number of Trades Unions and other bodies to have some changes made to Employment Law. There’s a private members bill planned.

This is the slogan:

The United Campaign to Repeal the Anti-Trade Union Laws

which has been in place since 1999.

I’m trying to find out exactly (i.e., a list) of laws they are looking to repeal.

I expect that I will agree with bits, and disagree with most of the aims, but what are they?

I’d like to at least respond to accurate informatiion, so can anyone help?
