How to Use the Cartoon
You can use the cartoon, but it is under a Creative Commons licence, and you must link to the license . You must also link to Matt Bucks’ site - I suggest that you link to the article with the cartoon. There is a larger version linked from the cartoon above.
And a Tip
Let me give you one tip as well so that the cartoon does better in the search engines:
Call it something like: mr-alisher-usmanov-limits-free-speech.jpg or mr-usmanov-threatens-blogger-comment.jpg (i.e., choose some of your own relevant keywords and use hyphens).
It does help - on this blog I get some hundreds of visitors a month via this route from image search engines. Check the names of almost any of my image on here and see how I do it.
