Hello the Wardman Wire faithful. I am Garbo, author of The Poliblogs. As you will have seen, I am sure, Matt has asked a few bloggers to attempt to keep you entertained while he is away - one of which is me.
My blog consists primarily of a daily roundup of the very best (or at least what I consider to be the very best) in the British political blogosphere. I also occasionly add my own comment and a few amusing posts as well when I get the chance. My background includes living in London and having a history of working in the world public affairs (aka political consultancy).
Over the next few days I will be adding my own opinions on the current affairs in British politics - stories that have been picked up by other blogs and I’ll throw my two pennies worth in for you to either call me an ignorant fool or shout for me to run for PM! (something I can assure you I will never, ever wish upon my own worse enemy, let alone actually do myself!). Either way, I hope you enjoy it.
