Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe is a Cricket Nut

Daniel Radcliffe – who has played Harry Potter the Trainee Wizard in the films of J.K.Rowlings books, is mad about cricket and spent his 18th Birthday watching his first Test Match at Lords.
He chose to spend his 18th Birthday at the 5th day of a Test Match at Lords.
At lunchtime, he was interviewed for the “View from the Boundary” feature.
This is an untidy capture of the stream, as I was taken by surprise. Daniel Radcliffe is interviewed by Jonathon Agnew. It is delightful.

Daniel Radcliffe sounds like any other slightly nerdy, enthusiastic schoolboy, who played “Owzat” behind his exercise book in Maths Lessons.
Among the gems that come out:
- Daniel Radcliffe supports Leicestershire.
- He is quite unrecognisable without the glasses.
- He queued up to get Angus Fraser’s autograph in the stands, unrecognosed by Fraser. After the interview, Fraser asked for Daniel Radcliffe’s autograph.
