What they suggest for Mr Brown
Batch 1
- Edland suggests that Gordon should untuck his trousers from his sock.
- Prague Tory suggests that Gordon should be proud of his wife and kids and inspiring amusing blogsposts on Gordon the stealth dictator.
- Matt Wardman (hello all) suggests that Gordon Brown should “Let the House of Lords decide how it should best be reformed, since it does far higher quality thinking than the Commons.”
- James Graham thinks that Gordon Brown should be proud of (Most of) Labour’s constitutional reform agenda in their first term of office (although none of it was as systematic or as well thought out as it needed to be), and should immediately restart the SFO’s Al-Yamamah arms deal investigation. He also managed to smuggle more than 8 in. Tut.
Batch 2, covered in detail here.
- Duncan Hames, Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Candidate for Chippenham.
- Darren Lilleker, “Politics, PR & Marketing”.
- Mike Rouse, Chief Technology Officer at 18 Doughty Street.
- Jock Coats, from Oxford.
- Iain Dale (North), Irvine, Ayrshire, GB. Lib Dem blogger.
Batch 3, covered in detail here.

Sorry, Iain Dale of http://www.iaindale.blogspot.com/ is the other Iain Dale? And a Lib Dem?
Firstly best tell the Guardian, The Telegraph and all the other MSMS that one of the most popular political blogs in the country is “the other Iain Dale” and a Lib Dem? *cough* he is on the candidates lists for the Conservative party!
Benedict - you have a point. My wording was ambiguous. I will correct that. I mean that Iain Dale (South-Tory) says that Iain Dale (North - Scotland) is Lib Dem. My “he” was ambiguous.
I was intending to emphasise that I am not totally sure that Iain Dale (North) is Lib Dem.
Will correct.
