"Aim to post somewhat less frequently than you can, and use the leeway to build up a small buffer of 'future posts' that you can use to cover gaps." Or...you can go ahead and write the posts, and time-delay them so they won't be posted until a certain date. Most blog software can do that. I've been writing a tutorial series on starting a blog from the ground up.
